Voices From The List
Hi guys, we watched a documentary called 'Voices From The List', based on a real Nazist history.
The documentary, as the name implies, relates the testimony of Jewish survivors from the Holocaust. People who participated of the documentary, have a deep sense of gratitude to Schindler, a businessman that went to Poland to harness the power of Jews and Poles in manufacture work for German army. Oskar caused a very good impression, so, he became a Nazi party member.
In Poland, Schindler get approached of many Jews and gets terryfied by the way that the soldiers treat these people. According to testimony, Nazist decided to implement the 'Final Solution' , empyting the gheto - the place where Jews lived in subhuman conditions - and sending survivors to a labor camp in Plaszow, led by Amon Goeth.
Among many deaths, pain and suffer, told by survivors, Schindler was terrified and decide to use his factory - recently built - to hide the largest possible number of Jews and save them, from the death.
This documentary has left us deeply sensitive because the survivors manage to convey all their pain through many tears and bad memories, but it is important to know things like that, so we can remember everyday that we have to thank God for our good lifes.

Divorce Rate
In our days, Brazil has one of the biggest divorce rate. Acoording to IBGE (Brazilian Institute of Geography), this country totaled 916,006 records of marriages - 2.9% more than in 2006 - and 231,333 divorces.
To IBGE, the increase in divorce rate is justified by the "behavior change in Brazilian society and also the creation of judicial services to less bureaucracy producers for consensual separations and divorces allowing supouses to make the dissolution of marriage." Another important thing, is that most of brazilian women were afraid of their violent husbands. It means that law was not good enought to both sides. Men were not afraid of been punished because women were considerated objects and female word was not appreciated. All of the brazilian legal system was composed of men, and women had no right to be divorced.
The program also show that the majority of separations (75.9%) was consensual and the minority (24.1%) was not. Another program calculated by the IBGE shows that for mans at the avarage age at time of first marriage was 29 years. Women however, married younger, at 26.
From our point of view, people should think very carefully before the wedding, so that the dream of a happy marriage does not end in divorce.

Relationship and Internet
Currently the relationships are ephemeral, confused. There's a confusion between hanging out someone and dating. People dont know anymore what is commitment and what is not. (sometimes you don't know if you're dating).So, people look for alternatives.
Who goes to a dating website wants a relationship. If you only want kisses, hugs or casual sex, is something much easier to get when you are off the internet.
A lot of people think that is faster get a boyfriend using websites. We think that this is true because the internet makes you open up more, talk several times a day. Another feature is that the Internet is addictive. You write an email and expect a reply, and when you wake up, the first thing to do is turn on the computer. In real life this is more complicated, you don't wake at dawn to call someone else.
In conclusion, we believe that in the future, look for a company on the Internet, will be a trend. And this is already happening . Perhaps more safest sites will appear , sites which examine what people say and check if it is true. The internet is a publical place, and we have to create severeal ways of getting what we are looking for from it!

PMS !!!
Psychologists say that PMS isn't the only cause of women's stress. For example, when we are crying uncontrollably or when we get rude with our boyfriends, colleagues and parents, it means that besides the hormonal dance there are other things out of place. If we are at the beach during vacation, PMS tends to be much milder than occurring on the eve of an important test.
- Vitamin B1: responsible for pleasure and well-being. Sources: Brown rice, peanuts, oats, egg yolk, brewer's yeast, flaxseed, sunflower seed, sesame seed.
- Vitamin B6: relieves nausea and irritability. Sources: Brown rice, wheat, oats, peanuts, walnuts, potatoes, bananas, salmon, tuna, chicken, beef liver, green leafy vegetables and legumes (beans, lentils, peas).
- Vitamin B12: prevents anemia. Lack of this vitamin can cause one known 'sudden sadness. " Sources: meat, poultry, dairy, yeast, egg, liver, fish and seafood.
